Testimonials

“I thought I would share the feedback from our tenants, as it speaks well to not just the quality of the work done, but how it was managed.
“A big thank you to you and Larissa for the bathroom renovations. The new bath, vanity, and shower look absolutely fantastic. The new tiles tie everything together to brighten up the space. The entire renovation has made such a big difference. We appreciate your investment in making our home such a nice place to live.
Hats off to Jason and the team. Wonderful team who were very respectful and professional throughout the process, which made the temporary disruption easy to handle.”

While we haven’t had the chance to see the results in person yet, but have seen photos, I would like to reiterate the above, the end result looks great, and aligns to what our spec was. I appreciated Jason’s approach to get in touch whenever wanting to confirm or change something. Also his willingness to identify issues outside of the work spec, and eventually even fixing unrelated issues was fantastic.”

“My bathroom renovation was completed to a very high standard and I am very pleased with the result. Jason was punctual and reliable and consulted with me every step of the way. He went out his way to fit in with my work schedule Which meant early morning starts.”

“Bathrooms in Auckland (BiA) were recommended to us by a plumbing supplier whose products we liked (Nwtech) and we included them in our request for quote. Whilst they weren’t the cheapest (or the most expensive) the detail around the quote provided was impressive and the price was fair. We went through a refinement process and they didn’t use that to unreasonably increase the price. They started work promptly and finished around when they said they would, subject to a couple of supplier delays. Jason in particular was very helpful with ideas and kept us informed of what was going to happen next and which of the trades would be on-site. He has selected a good group of tradespeople to work with and everyone did a great job. The workmanship was excellent and very professional. There were a couple of glitches (faulty cistern and mis-cut shower glass) which Jason handled well and without any impact on us.Dana in the office was also a pleasure to deal with.”

“Thank you Jason for completing my mum’s bathroom renovation so beautifully, quickly and at the best price we found too. Excellent communication, timeliness, tidiness and a great team. Special thanks to young Jack putting in the hard yards! Highly recommend Bathrooms in Auckland and would definitely call again :)”

“I highly recommend Jason, Dayna and their team. Jason built us a GORGEOUS bathroom which far exceeds our expectations. He was a true professional – always on time, great to communicate with, worked to a deadline and within budget. Jason works incredibly hard, with great attention to detail, to ensure an excellent result. We would happily recommend him. “

“Jason and Dayna were extremely efficient with their quoting with a competative quote. Would recommend 100%”

“Jason, Dayna and Jack were great to deal with throughout the renovation. Their assistance in choosing the correct style of bathroom made it a very easy renovation. They were well organised with all the sub-contractors turning up on time and without hassle. The job ran to time and they were able to pivot nicely if and when we threw a curve ball at them.”

“Jason and Dayna we’re excellent at communicating throughout the entire process. The quality of work was great and Jason was good at providing options when there were issues. He met us regularly and kept us up to date with progress.
Highly recommend Bathrooms in Auckland. “
