Are you licenced and insured?

Our team, including our contractors, possesses the necessary licenses and qualifications. Jason, our director, is a licensed and certifying plumber, gasfitter, and drainlayer registered with the New Zealand Plumbers, Gasfitters, Drainlayer Board. Additionally, we maintain both Public Liability Insurance and Statutory Liability Insurance for added protection and peace of mind.

Does the contract cover everything?

Yes, our contract comprehensively covers all aspects of the project. Our detailed proposal ensures that every element is clearly outlined, leaving no room for ambiguity or surprises. We pride ourselves on transparency, and our commitment is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work from the outset. Any additional charges would only arise if you choose to add or make changes to the project scope during the course of the renovation.

How long will my bathroom renovation take?

For simpler upgrades, anticipate a completion timeframe of 3 to 4 weeks. However, if you’re aiming for a more comprehensive renovation, it’s prudent to allow around 4 to 5 weeks. Our commitment to excellence ensures that every aspect of the project receives the attention it deserves, safeguarding our reputation for delivering superior results.

What permits does my renovation need and will you get them?

The following will need a consent:

  • structural building – including additions, alterations, re-piling and some demolitions, example removing a load bearing wall
  • plumbing and drainage where an additional sanitary fixture is created, therefore increasing the number of fixtures. ie adding an extra toilet. No consent will be needed if the same number of fixtures are maintained and they are just replaced

If consent is required, we work with a drafting company who prepares and lodges the application. 

What’s your expected payment schedule?

Our expected payment schedule involves a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your project slot, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. This approach ensures a fair and transparent payment process, allowing you to make the initial investment with confidence and settle the balance upon satisfactory completion of the renovation.

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer Long-term finance options with no repayments and interest free terms.
